This form may be used for General Questions, Feedback, and Appeals. Customers with an established account should utilize their online accounts to submit a Customer Service Request.
Enter all required information and you will be contacted by a Code Enforcement Staff Member. To view the results of your appeal or inquiry, click on Appeals/Inquiries under the view Permit Menu

Note for Customer Requests: Customer Information is not required, but preferred to allow the Customer Service Team to process your requests. If you choose not to include your information, ie submit an Anonymous request, we will be unable to provide follow up via email or phone call. To receive follow up information you will need to call our Customer Service Center, (980-314-2633, option 1, then 1) and provide your Customer Service Request Confirmation Number.
