Mecklenburg County has begun to use Accela as our preferred customer portal.
Over the next few months, some project types will become unavailable here, in our WebPermit portal.
Customers who find this portal will not allow them to proceed with an application
should submit their projects in Accela Citizen Access (ACA).

Eventually, all projects will be moved to Accela and this portal will be discontinued. In preparation,
all customers are encouraged to set up a free Accela account and learn more about our newest customer portal.

We have received an unusually high number of inspections requests. While we work to reach all our customers as quickly as possible,
please be aware that some customers may experience longer than usual delays while we address this high volume of inspections requests.
