C1 Upfits were scheduled however, EC wanted to continue with Bldg. B2 Upfits 1st and 2nd floor units RF towards TC
1) 1st floor Units:
*1122 Water heater not wired (CDI), Smoke Detector needed in HVAC closet, Cover plate missing in kitchen (CDI), AFCI breaker reverse polarity
(CDI), Arc shields needed at (2) receptacles (CDI), note: FA devices not installed
*1123 Water heater not wired (CDI), Receptacle at kitchen counter not on GFCI, bathroom ceiling mount fixture not installed, Receptacle spacing
in both rooms
*1124 Pendant light missing
*1125 Not Ready
*1126 Panel door no latch (CDI)
*1127 Kitchen exhaust fan not installed-Romex whip hanging out of wall, Water Heater circuit breaker lock missing (CDI), Panel Mislabeled
*1128 Kitchen GFI resetting, Vanity fixture glass diffuser missing
*1129 Not Ready..Needs Mold Remediation
*1130 Panel Blank missing (CDI), Kitchen ceiling mnt. light fixture not installed, Loose Vanity fixtures, Breaker tripping when Kitchen GFI is reset
2) 2nd floor Units:
*2122 Need Smoke detector in HVAC closet for fan shutdown (CDI)
*2123 OK
*2124 Ok
*2125 Bathroom GFI's Line/load (CDI)
*2126 OK
*2127 Ok
*2128 Ok
*2129 Vanity lights not installed, Water heater breaker locks, Open ground on receptacle (CDI)
*2130 Washer on AFCI not GFCI breaker (CDI), Loose devices and Arc Shields needed (CDI)
*2132 Vanity lights not installed, Washer Machine circuit terminated on wrong breaker (CDI)
3) NOTE:
*These OTI defect notes need to be entered on the B2 Upfits Permit, EC needs to schedule the correct permit and reference this permit so the
notes can be transcribed.
*FA and Telecom/data for this building's units has not been inspected
*ALL DEFECTS HAVE TO BE CORRECTED BEFORE CONTINUING TO ANY OTHER AREA
