1) 1st floor: 1032, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 1059, 61, 63, 65, 67
Defects:
2) Plastic boxes are installed in the ceiling closer than the allowable distance to other boxes; to maintain its horizontal 2hr fire rating
3) Unit 1032, Receptacle spacing, missing receptacle in bedroom
4) Unit 1065, Bathroom fans not wired and vanity light boxes not installed
5) Unit 1059, Receptacles boxes in closet not installed
6) Unit 1063, Romex cables installed across gusset plate edges, receptacle box not installed
7) Missing stud guards, corrected during inspection
8) EC needs to review all units for defects and make corrections before 2nd floor will be inspected |
