1) Units: 1024, 1026, 1028, 1030, 1057 / 2024, 2026, 2028, 2030, 2057 All units plastic boxes in ceiling w/in 4-1/2' kitchen islands
2) Unit 2057 receptacle missing in divider wall, receptacle spacing in living room not code compliant
3) Minor defects corrected during inspection: sheath not in box, damaged cables corrected with tape, cables subject to damage removed from edge of gusset plates, cables in contact with vent piping, stud guards
4) Permit description is A1 Shell not UPFIT...Possible wrong permit descriptions (value is correct) |
